Your Event Coordinator takes the stress of hosting off of you from the beginning of the planning process and through the day of your event!


Event Coordination tasks can include but are not limited to: 


    • Ensuring event supplies, services and logistics are taken care of.

    • Facilitates in the scheduling of the desired vendors such as food and entertainment.

    • Organizes and schedules rentals and party supplies.

Day of Event Coordination

    • Manages event timeline and significant party tasks

    • Restocks and stages food and desserts.

    • Restocks bar supplies such as ice, cups, mixers, etc.

    • Restocks bathroom supplies.

    • Tidies event space during the event

    • Takes out the trash 

    • Packages up left over food

    • Oversees communication with entertainment

    • Takes event photos
