ESCAPE: EVENT COORDINATION 

An Event Coordinator handles all logistics of planning and hosting your event from the beginning of the planning process, through the takedown and clean-up of your event!

 

Event Coordination:

As a service to the client, the Coordinator will arrange all event supplies and services related to: 

- Food

- Beverage 

- Entertainment/ Music 

- Tables, chairs and other event rentals

 

(Price varies dependent on event size and number of outside vendors.)

 

Day-of Event Coordination

As a service to the client, the Day-of Event Coordinator will assist the client in tasks that include but are not limited to:

 

- Welcome and direct guests

- Be the Point of Contact for all event services and vendors

- Manage the event timeline and significant tasks

- Tidy up event space throughout the event

- Restock and stage food as needed

- Restock beverage/ bar supplies as needed

- Restock restroom supplies as needed

- Take photos of the event space and guests

 

ESCAPE: EVENT DESIGN & DECOR

We understand every party is unique in what it needs to succeed! This is why we customize our pricing and packages to meet your event's needs!

 

Regina is our Event Concept Designer which means Regina will stylize the entire event, just for you!

 

ESCAPE: MOBILE BARTENDING

Our Mobile Bartending Service includes:

 

• The service of a Private Bartender for up to 4 hours for up to 50 guests.

• Includes the setup of all bar supplies such as garnish trays, mats, and drink dispensers, etc.

• Includes all mixers for the arranged bar menu.

• Includes all drink supplies such as drink garnishes, napkins, straws and plastic cups, mixers, etc.

• Mobile bar-top will be provided if necessary.

• Alcohol to be provided by client; Alcohol list will be provided to client, by planner.

 

ESCAPE: TAKEDOWN

One of the best parts about our Escape Party Planning package is that you also escape Takedown and Clean-up! 

 

This includes the takedown, pack-up and return of any and all event supplies and rentals! A this is typically performed either the same day, or the morning following your event. We leave your event space, exactly how we found it!
