There are 3 Steps to gathering an overall quote for your event!
1. Free Consultation!
We understand that every event is unique in what it needs to succeed! This is why we offer a free, no-obligation, party consultation! Here, we will discuss event details and desired services as well as take photos and measurements of your event space.
2. Proposal and Design Plan!
To gather a quote for your event, you and your event coordinator must first define all the specifics behind the services your event requires. For example, if you need a photo backdrop, we will explore what type of signage, backdrop boards, balloons, floral or specialty rentals may be required.
As a service to you, your event coordinator will not only help conceptualized the event layout and design, they will also source all necessary event supplies and services needed to achieve it! Your coordinator will then request quotes from vendors and create a personalized proposal, just for you!
NOTE: Vendor pricing varies based on your events details such as occasion, location, guest count, date and time of the event.
Prior to us disclosing your event information with any outside vendors, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit will not only allow us to begin creating your Proposal and Design Plan, it will also secure your event date from other inquiries!
3. Revision and Execution!
You might be wondering, but what if I am not happy with the Proposal and Design Plan!? Not to worry, you are not locked into any plan!
After you receive your Proposal & Quote, your coordinator will work with you to make any adjustments you see fit! Only once you are satisfied with all proposed event details, will we move forward with ordering supplies, placing reservations, and prepping for your event!!
Note: The Proposal process can take between 1-3 weeks. This is why we recommend securing your event date at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event date!
