Owner and CEO, Meg Sanchez, received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. During her time at the U of A, Meg was offered an internship in Sonoma, California with Marriott International. During her time in Sonoma, she assisted during a weeklong event with the NFL Rams, sparking her passion for Event Management!


When Meg returned to Arizona, she was offered a position at the JW Marriott at Starr Pass in Tucson, AZ working their banquet events! At the beginning of the 2020, Meg was released from her position at Marriott due to the pandemic. Shortly after, she moved home to Phoenix, AZ with little hope for the Event Planning industry. 


That was, until February of 2021 when Escape Party Planning was born! Escape was established with the intent of helping the Phoenix community begin celebrating their special events in the comfort and security of their own homes!


By 2022, Escape’s all-inclusive party planning services were sought after in the Boardroom and Ballroom too! Escape began serving a variety of events; Residential, Corporate, Private and more!


 In January of 2023, Meg Sanchez bought-out her business partner and became the sole owner of Escape Party Planning! Currently, Meg Sanchez and her team offer a variety of services in 

Event Coordination, Staffing and Rentals all around the Greater Phoenix Valley!
