Escape Party Planning LLC was established in February 2021 by Meg Sanchez (Right) and Regina Manzano (Left). Escape was formed with the intent of helping the Phoenix community celebrate their special events in the comfort and security of their own home!

Combined, Meg and Regina have over 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry! Meg received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. During her time in the Eller College of Management, she did business consulting for local non-profits like El Grupo and the Tucson Metro Chamber.

In 2019, Meg moved to Sonoma, California for a summer internship with Marriott International. During the internship, she shadowed the Event Manager and assisted during a weeklong event with the NFL Rams which sparked her passion for Event Management. When she returned to Arizona, she landed a job with the JW Marriott at Starr Pass in Tucson, AZ serving at their banquet events while finishing her business degree. Currently, Meg is a co-owner and Event Coordinator of Escape Party Planning LLC. 

Meg met Regina back in 2016 when her brother brought home a girl! Meg and Regina immediately shared an interest in party planning!

Regina has been planning and decorating parties since she was 14 years old and has gotten better with age, like a fine wine. She loves everything to do with design and artistry. She spends her free time making anything and everything to do with decor to be inspired by new ideas and concepts. 

Professionally, Regina has 4 years of professional bartending experience at well-known establishments such as State 48 Brewery and P.F Changs. She has studied mixology for 3 years and her creative-side makes her truly enjoy creating personalized craft cocktail menus specific to any occasion! 

Currently, Regina is both the Concept Designer and Bar Manager for Escape Party Planning's mobile bartending service in addition to being a co-owner.
